At home with Tluxe
Ok, so this is not exactly where we live, but it's on our wish list of dream homes and interiors. And with the cooler change in the air today, and the imminent arrival of autumn/winter collection online, we're feeling the love for the cosy fireside at Rose Seidler House. A mid-century modern gem hidden in one of the leafier parts of Sydney its original 1950s interior still feels contemporary. Architect Harry Seidler built it for his mother and its open plan design and feeling of bringing the outside indoors heralded a new aesthetic, which has become almost standard in many architect-designed Australian homes today. And the best part? You can visit Rose in all her originally furnished glory on any Sunday you like. Pure. Modernist. Magic.
